Discipline is life. Without discipline, chaos is everywhere in life. To make life meaningful discipline is a must. Even Sun, Moon, and other planets follow discipline.

The first teacher of the person is the mother. She starts teaching her ward from home. But when the child starts schooling she/he follows the teacher. The teacher is ideal for the student. So the teacher must set an example before the students follow.

There are 24 hours a day. Schooling time in summer is 8:00 am to 2:00 pm and in winter 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. The school duration is 6 hours. In a day in 24 hours, the child 18 hours spend in home and in society. But the whole society including members of the family expects that It is the duty of the teacher to make the life of the child worthwhile.

So the teacher should recognize his/her duty and perform honestly.

But there is a wrong concept in the mind of the parents that they send their ward in the school to get education for getting Govt Job. In spite of this real meaning of Education is to make students better members of society.
